Nightingale Patient Advocates Expands Into Pennsylvania
As Nightingale Patient Advocates extends its services into Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks counties in Pennsylvania, we’re excited to spotlight a service that families increasingly request: non-medical companion support.
Not every aging parent needs skilled nursing care or bedside hospital advocacy. Sometimes, what they need most is companionship.
Many older adults remain largely independent but spend long hours alone. A friendly face, meaningful conversation, or simply having someone nearby can make a wonderful difference in their day.
Companionship With a Personal Touch
Our non-medical companion support focuses on connection, comfort, and presence.
Services may include conversation, reading together, preparing a light meal, enjoying a planned outing, or sharing a meal outside the home.
Most importantly, our companions offer something that cannot be measured: time, attention, and genuine human connection.
These services do not include nursing assessments, vital signs, medication administration, bathing, wound care, or any hands-on medical or personal care.
Supporting the Entire Family
We also recognize the challenges families face when caring for an aging loved one.
Caregiver exhaustion is real. Sometimes, a family member simply needs a few hours to rest, run errands, or attend to personal responsibilities.
Having trusted companion support can provide that much-needed break while helping an older adult feel less alone.
Bringing Nightingale’s Personal Touch to Pennsylvania
Nightingale Patient Advocates is pleased to expand its reach into Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks counties.
Our mission remains the same: supporting aging individuals and the families who love them with compassion, respect, and meaningful personal attention.
Because sometimes, the most valuable thing we can offer someone is simply our presence.
