First class customer service. Just recently ruptured my quadricep tendon. Had to have emergency surgery at Jupiter Medical Center to have it reconnected. She came and sat at my side when my wife was not available. She interacted with my nurses to ensure that I was getting the best care possible. Was involved with every step of the process the whole way when we needed her to be. A wealth of knowledge and compassion for people. I would give 10 stars if I could.Posted on Google Adriana LamestaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Carolyn is the goat. It has been a pleasure getting to know her character over the extended time in Florida. Her knowledge of decades from the nursing discipline, her bright and radiant demeanor, and her compassionate heart make her an excellent advocate to care for family members in need. She knows the right questions to pose health care professionals, and has the healing heart to bring peace and calm to those journeying in illness and need. I am proud to know such an incredible woman!Posted on Google Patricia BentzleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Top Class Advocacy. I Have consultated and used Carolyn's services despite being a nurse myself. Her wisdom, professionalism, and quick critical thinking for all of my individual loved ones (6) not only saved their lives but made them confident in their quality of life and decisions to move forward with procedures. Assuring that all bases were covered under her direction. She goes above and beyond to coordinate and sonetimes challenge physicians so that our patients are receiving nothing but the best care. Carolyn has a natural calling, an amazing gift to educate family on the disease processes that can seem overwhelming for the average human while they endure critical situations that could otherwise consume them in unnecessary stress. Her ability to advocate so patients can just focus on getting better, is a gift. She is the smartest one in the room yet humble enough to absorb and navigate through some challenging diagnosis. Calm, focused, and loaded with knowledge. I would not have anyone else but her to care for my health or my loved ones. Whether its DKA, diabetes, heart attack, stroke, cancer, surgery, or a simply blood test Carolyn is the one to choose. She will explain things in layman's terms that otherwise the average person can not understand. Invest in the BEST. It is the one time you need to make the sound decision for your life depends on it. Gods Speed, Trish BPosted on Google Anita MarchesaniTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My father had a minor stroke. At first I thought I could manage the whole thing. However, it soon became obvious that I was in over my head, and I didn't know how to make the best decisions. So I called Carolyn and she was at my dad's bedside the very next day, doing a more thorough review of systems and exam than I have ever seen. She got a history and background, and then advised us on the best course of action. She also picked up a walker for my dad to use (he didn't have one). After he came home, we also asked Carolyn to come to our house a few times while my husband and I were out of town to check on him. She not only checked on him, she brought him homemade soup - he LOVED it! And we love Carolyn. Please do not hesitate to reach out for her services. You will wish you had done it earlier if you or a family member are in a medical crisis of any kind.Posted on Google Mary MontgomeryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Comments by Angelo Caserta: Many people claim to be patient advocates. They claim to help you maneuver the complex medical system. However, when you are at your wits end and are struggling and needing help, you find out that the so called advocate is no where to be found. However, this was NOT our experience with Nurse Carolyn from Nightingale Patient Advocates. As soon as I called Nurse Carolyn and explained my situation I knew immediately that she was the real deal! I felt like she was sent by God to be my angel on earth. My husband and I met with Nurse Carolyn when doctors were unsure of what his problem was. She was able to talk intelligently with the doctors and offered life saving advice. My husband required complex surgery and spent months in the hospital. Nurse Carolyn checked on us regularly either by phone , text , email and even actual visits. We could not have made it through my husband's traumatic medical journey without her. What was really impressive is the fact that the physicians listened to her and respected her opinions. That fact alone convinced us that we were blessed to have found Nurse Carolyn . It is now nine months later and Nurse Carolyn still checks in on us to see how we are both feeling. For Nurse Carolyn's knowledge, care and her ability to talk to skilled physicians, we are deeply grateful.Posted on Google Laurie ChristeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Carolyn Wheeler is the utmost of knowledgeable professionals. She is a member of my community and I have seen her on numerous occasions jump into action when a neighbor needs assistance. She has bandaged people, provided necessary injections to some community neighbors, taken them to the emergency room, represented them when they needed a knowledgeable advocate to navigate through an impossible heath care and insurance system, and she bridges the communication gap between physicians and patients. She is a Registered Nurse and has been active in her profession for over 30 years, specializing in Emergency Room medicine. But above all, she serves her patients with respect, kindness and compassion. If you need a knowledgeable professional who is kind, efficient and experienced to assist you or a loved one in navigating through the medical system, or someone to provide at-home nursing care, I highly recommend Carolyn Wheeler and her agency of medical professionals.Posted on Google peg lawsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
